Many projects are confidential, security-sensitive, or performed as a subcontractor, so this page describes representative project types rather than identifying every client or facility.
Secure Facilities and Government Projects
Representative work includes acoustic verification of SCIF, SAPF, VTC, and other secure facilities; testing of doors, walls, penetrations, and perimeter construction; remediation support; retesting; and related RF-shielding field verification.
Data Centers and Mission-Critical Facilities
Projects can involve cooling equipment, generators, transformers, fans, pumps, rooftop systems, community and property-line noise, structural and equipment vibration, source localization, commissioning support, and FLIR thermal investigation.
Building Acoustics and Construction Verification
Representative projects include field measurement of airborne and impact sound isolation, façade and window performance, door testing, room reverberation, plan review, troubleshooting, and verification after corrective work.
Industrial and Mechanical Investigations
OSAT has investigated machinery, HVAC systems, chillers, pumps, fans, motors, generators, and other sources using sound-level, frequency-spectrum, vibration, sound-intensity, and source-localization methods.
Residential, HOA, and Community Noise
Projects include multifamily sound-isolation disputes, flooring and impact-noise evaluation, mechanical-equipment complaints, amenity noise, pickleball, swimming pools, fitness centers, and long-term monitoring of recurring or intermittent conditions.
Product and Equipment Noise
Field measurements can support product-noise characterization, machinery noise declarations, purchaser or owner acceptance, source identification, and comparative testing under defined operating conditions.
