Florida construction often requires field verification of sound isolation between residences and between interior and exterior spaces. We perform ASTC, AIIC, and OITC testing of walls, floor-ceiling assemblies, doors, windows, façades, and other building elements using applicable ASTM methods.
HOA, community, and nuisance-noise investigations
We work with associations, property managers, owners, developers, and attorneys on mechanical-equipment noise, pool and amenity noise, pickleball and recreation noise, entertainment noise, construction noise, and recurring neighborhood complaints.
